The Frederick County Builders Association operates three councils for specific target groups:

• The Land Use Council addresses issues affecting existing developments and undeveloped land. They hold a breakfast meeting on the first Tuesday of the month. Additional dues are required to join this council.
  
• The Professional Remodelors Organization promotes professionalism and addresses issues of interest to this segment of the industry. Their dinner meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month.
  
• The Sales & Marketing Council offers education and recognition for members in the sales field.
